Market update: June 2009 Call me about the 2009 $8000 tax credit for first time buyers! http://tinyurl.com/8000-HomeBuyerTaxCredit Portland homes are selling like hotcakes! Showings in the last half of May were up 13% over the first half of May.
Prices are stable and some are creeping up. Is this a result of spring fever? Low inventory? (a lot of homes that came on the market last fall sold in the last 3 months.) Or is it really a turnaround? We don't know yet.
Please call us for the most recent sales data for your neighborhood. Don't wait too long to sell, or to buy. The first time buyer tax credit refund ends in a few months!
