Portland homes are selling like hotcakes! Showings in the last half of May were up 13% over the first half of May.

Prices are stable and some are creeping up. Is this a result of spring fever?
Low inventory? (a lot of homes that came on the market
last fall sold in the last 3 months.)
Or is it really a turnaround? We don't know yet.
