of properties do we work with?
Generally, single family homes but also small plexes.  
We especially enjoy older homes that have their original character intact, or are restorable.
We also work with newer homes that have great light, attractive design, or a woodsy setting. Other specialties include estates and fixer-uppers.

Many of our clients are excited about homes with character. They often choose the greater Hawthorne Area, Waverly Heights, Richmond, Sellwood, Milwaukie, Westmoreland, Eastmoreland, Mt Tabor, Kerns, Buckman, Ladd's Addition, Laurelhurst, Rose City, Alameda, Sabin, Irvington, Grant Park, Alberta, Boise, Piedmont and other neighborhoods. We also work with people close-in on the west side, including areas such as Multnomah, SW Portland, Hillsdale, Cedar Mill, Burlingame, and John's Landing. We also have experience with Lake Oswego neighborhoods. Ron is also familiar with Troutdale and Gresham neighborhoods.
